The halls they play in are among the very best concert halls in Vienna and worldwide: the Golden Hall of the Musikverein, the Brahms Hall of the Musikverein and the Vienna State Opera. These timeless institutions are hard to beat in terms of history, architecture and acoustics and are among the best venues worldwide for concerts. The annual classical concerts of the Vienna Mozart Orchestra take place in historical costumes and thus invite you on a journey through time back to the 18th century, when the tradition of "Musical Academies" was predominant.

Programme

The Vienna Mozart Orchestra inspires with its repertoire of more than 100 works by the master of Viennese classical music. Especially the most popular pieces of Mozart are presented in every concert. The style of the concerts corresponds to the tradition of "Musical Academies" of the 18th century, in which individual movements from Mozart's numerous symphonies and solo concerts, arias and duets of his most famous operas were performed. Also the most beautiful pieces of the Strauss dynasty are not missing: "The Blue Danube" waltz as well as "Radetzky March".
