I´ve booked my ticket from Vienna Ticketing, but haven´t received any confirmation of my order. Was my booking successful?
As soon as you have booked your tickets online, your order will be confirmed by us. You will receive an e-mail with your booking voucher, this is your order confirmation. Please print it out or download it to your smartphone/tablet to show for admission on the day of the event.
If you do not receive an e-mail after your booking: please do not forget to check your spam folder, maybe our e-mail got caught there. To clarify any other causes (e.g. typing errors in your e-mail address), just contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +43 6766671351, stating your contact details and the event you have booked.
Which payment methods are available at Vienna Ticketing?
You can pay with all credit cards as well as with PayPal and Klarna. The payment process is fast and absolutely secure, all data is SSL-encrypted and we also work with mPAY24 & PayLife payment providers.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Many of our products can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event. You can find the cancellation policy in the respective details of each event. We will in any case always try to find a solution for you with the best possible compromise.
Is there a specific dress code and/or cloakroom requirement for my booked event?
Most of the events we offer do not require a specific dress code or an obligation to check in your coats/jackets, but it always depends on the event or venue and its specifications. Please refer to the detailed description of each event for information on possible dress code and cloakroom requirements. For example, for certain concerts a "dress code appropriate to the occasion and the premises" may be requested (for a festive concert on New Year's Eve for instance).
How do I get to the venue?
In the details of your event you will find a section on how to get to the venue of your event. It contains both the address of the venue and a description of how to get there, so that you can get there easily and on time.
My event was postponed or cancelled – what can I do?
We will of course gladly provide you with information about a possible alternative date or activity. In case the alternative don’t match your expectation, we will refund you the full paid amount.
