All personal data provided on Viennaticketing.com when making a reservation or booking tickets, such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, will be used exclusively for booking purposes and will neither be passed on to third parties nor kept after the conclusion of the transaction. (Except if you sign up for our newsletter: in that case you agree that we may store your e-mail address.)

Viennaticketing.com ensures a very careful handling of personal data and respects the personal rights of customers as well as organizers. The personal data you have provided us with will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations as well as the valid General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO 2018).

Your data will not be passed on to third parties. If you sign up for our newsletter, your data will only be used for matters of individual support, e.g. to provide information about new products or offering services. Your data will in that case also be treated confidentially in accordance with the valid data protection regulations. You can object to the use of your data at any time; a short, informal e-mail is completely sufficient for this purpose.

All orders and reservations on Viennaticketing.com take place under coded module SSL mode (Secret Socket Layer mode). Thus, the data are coded during the transmission and not readable for third parties. If the system works in the SSL mode, the URL switches automatically from http:// to https://.

If you subsequently decide not to want your data stored after all, please let us know and we will immediately block or delete your data.

Should it ever occur that you will not receive a reaction from our side, you can also file a complaint with the supervisory authority in Vienna.
